Clients who do not show up for appointments must either book future appointments online by adding their card details or pay a deposit to the salon beforehand.

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment or will be considered as no-show.

Arriving more than 30 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled. To rebook, you must provide a card for online booking or make a deposit.

All prices are subject to additional 5% VAT charge.

Our salon is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings, including devices, headphones, jewelry, or other valuables left unattended.

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment to ensure your safety and comfort.

The salon takes responsibility for any concerns such as broken/cracked nails or damaged gel polish. We offer a complimentary service recovery within 3 days of your appointment. To address any issues, please send pictures of the concern to our administration within 72 hours after your appointment.

Our salon strictly adheres to a No Refund / No Exchange Policy for service packages and retail items purchased in-store.

Before purchasing any retail items, clients are encouraged to thoroughly check the product to ensure satisfaction.

We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.
