OUR RULES

1. Our salon takes responsibility for any concerns such as complaints, broken/cracked nails, or damaged gel polish, and offers complimentary service recovery within a maximum of 3 days after your appointment.

2. To address any issues, please send pictures of the complaint to the administration within 72 hours following your appointment.

3. To cancel an appointment, kindly notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.

4. Clients who don't show up for appointments must either book future appointments online by adding their card details or pay a deposit to the salon beforehand.

5. Our salon strictly adheres to a No Refund / No Exchange Policy for service packages and retail items purchased in-store.

6. Before purchasing any retail items from our salon, clients are encouraged to thoroughly check the product.

7. All prices are subject to 5% VAT.
